Lost Packets Solution
In case the packets are synced and not uploaded due to various reasons (such as stolen/crash machines), we suggest the Registrars/EA’s to provide the EID details of such packets to their respective RO’s with sufficient proof of action taken (such as FIR acknowledgement copy,etc).
Regional Office shall examine and take decision whether there is a merit in the claim of the Registrars/EA’s.
In cases, where RO is satisfied, list of such EID’s should be communicated to Tech Support with approval of Concern ADG for removal from the Sync data base.
In case where the RO is not satisfied, such packets shall be declared as lost and penalty as per the revised penalty structure shall be applicable.
